Payment

 

Payment-Each pageant cortege (pageant/pageant system) have their own policy in which each candidate, must abide by. Payment by the said amount must be made before a person can become an entrant. Payment must be received in full before a person can become an official contestant or is considered to be competing in the upcoming pageant or contest. Monthly agreed payments shall be made if contestant decides not to pay in full at the time of submission of application or registration whichever is required, but if payment is late then a late fee will be assessed and added to the remaining balance. After two late payments contestant will be considered disqualified and all monies will be lost, not returned. No matter what the reason a contestant must pay all their fees including ad fees in full whether they are competing or not. Products purchased on this site must be paid in full by paypal or other acceptable methods, if a surfer, potential candidate, customer, client wishes to purchase items or services on the site they must add the service charge to their final bill or fees from  the third party; for instance paypal may charge a 2.9 to  4% and transaction fee for using their services, that fee is not the responsibility of Pageant Hollywood but the person or entity using the service.

 

 

Currency

 

All monies must be received in USD (United States Dollar) only.

 

 

Return Policy Refunds

 

There are no refunds! All services and products, pageants, contests, auditions, discounts, memberships, and anything purchased with or without money are given or purchased at final sale. No excuses will be accepted. There are no swaps, transfers, exchanges, credits in part, full, or whole, which means once you pay or recieve the product or service you can not request for your money back.

 

 

Returns

 

All Services & Products are final sales and can not be returned. For Factory defected products they are sold as is, you must return them to the manufacturer. If we do make an exception then the return must be returned in the new condition that was received, the very same day you received it in order to receive full credit.

 

Again understand that all sales  and services are final. There are no refunds, exchanges, transfers, swaps or negotiations, and no discussions whatsoever. Why because when we purchase, sign contracts for a venue, order staging & lighting, inform local city principalities, acquire and pay licenses for the event, pay for venue rental, pay salaries, pay judges traveling and other expenses, order and customize crowns, sashes, trophies, gifts to all contestants, advertising, business stationary, toner, paper, printing costs, contestants packets, postage, entertainers, official host, volunteer meals, pay administrators and overhead, internet fee for server space, webmaster, forms, winner’s awards, prizes, program books & magazines, other production and miscellaneous fees and expenses we can not cancel. After we have order or sign for services and products,  Pageant Hollywood can not go back and ask for our money back because of a contestant has not paid or changed their mind, we are still obligated and responsible by law to pay our bills to all involved. We calculate our cost for running pageants based on the number of contestants that say that they are competing and make a payment or pay in full and so this is why the show must go on with or without you, but it is better with you! You must fulfill your commitment and pay just like we have to. One of the most famous questions that businesses ask us when we come to them for services and products for our pageant show or purchases, is “for how many people?”, and then they quote us a price or charge us a fee for the number of people in the pageant and or in the audience, and their prices and fees are not cheap! This is how business is runned and It is for this reason that all services and sales are final, with no refunds, exchanges, transfers, swaps, negotiations, and with no discussions and no exception can be or will be made! Pageant Hollywood will do their best to ensure that all products or services are render to you in the best and upmost high quality.

 

Whatever medium (USPS, FedEx, etc.) you choose to use make sure that we receive your payment in our very own hands, it is your choice who to use! We will not be responsible for your payment until it arrives in our hands and it is free and cleared, that is, all money orders, debit transactions have been cleared into our account and your account is credited. It is very important for you to know and understand this from the start! Thank you for understanding If you are paying in payments, money is due on the 5th of every month, PST by 5pm. the close of the business day.

 

 

Posting Rules & Regulations

 

Areas that encourage interaction such as: surveys, polls, videos, blogs and boards are intended to encourage public interest,  debate, and to provide information. Because people have different opinions, experiences, backgrounds and hold different ethics and morals, our surfers, participants, and shoppers are allowed to present their views in a respectable manner. When a person engages in this type of community they must understand that everyone have a right to express themselves because that’s the purpose. Needless to say, we maintain the right and authority to remove any or all content posted on Pageant Hollywood.com at any given time and for any given reason we chose. PageantHollywood.com holds the right to decide if the content posted by our viewers, shoppers or participants violates any Posting Rule, the finalizing will be decided by PageantHollywood.com, our discretion after PageantHollywood.com learns of such posting. You agree that all actions or proceedings arising directly or indirectly out of this agreement, or your use of the site or any products, Awards, Contests, discounts, complementary items, offers or services obtained by you through such use, shall be litigated in the circuit court of the City of Las Vegas, Nevada or the United States District Court for the City of  Nevada. You are expressly submitting and consenting in advance to such jurisdiction in any action or proceeding in any of such courts, and are waiving any claim that City of Las Vegas, Nevada or the State of Nevada is an inconvenient forum or an improper forum based on lack of venue. This site is controlled by Pageant Hollywood in the State of Nevada, USA. As such, the laws of Nevada will govern the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement and elsewhere throughout the Site, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of laws.

 

If any part of these terms, conditions or policies are deemed non-effective by a law, then remaining portions shall remain valid in full force.
